The classes to be found here will deal with techniques of knitting and crochet. More options will be added as the year progresses.  Only available classes will show as available to be booked. Kitchener Stitch  used to graft toes of socks and find out what else you can do with this stitch.  Class times

Cast on Techniques V1  learn 4  techniques for casting on and when best to use them. Long tail cast on, Tubular cast on, Channel Island cast on, Knit cast on.  Class times 

Cable Handwarmers  learn how to knit cables  whilst creating a lovely pair of handwarmers. Class runs on 20 and 27 September 6:00-8:00pm,  Copy of Issue 3 Indie Road magazine included. You will need just under 100g of 8 ply yarn, set of 4.5mm needles for circular knitting (read this information to inform your choice), cable needle, tapestry needle, 2 stitch markers. Class times

Sock Tutorial This is an informal sock help class. Come along to learn how to knit a sock, to get help for a sock you are knitting or to take part in a sock knit along that will extend your sock knitting repertory. Sock knit alongs may incur additional charges. You need to be able to knit, cast on, and cast off. Book online, in store or pay when you attend. Class/Tutorial  times

Circular Knitting - cowl  Learn to knit using circular needles, and at the same time learn textured work, using two colours, and eyelets and how to read a pattern.  Class Times
Class starts on 8/8/18 at 6.00pm and continues on 15th and 22nd August.
Skill level easy, but you must be able to knit purl and plain stitches, cast on and cast off. 
You will need to bring with you. 1 x 4.00mm 60cm circular needle, 2 skeins of Malabrigo Rios in colours of your choice, scissors, pen for note taking. Price includes a copy of Malabrigo Book 10: Rios

Lace Knitting This class uses one of three patterns, either Regina Marie, Irene Adler Shawl or Mistral Shawl pattern. Class starts on 15 September 3:00-5:00pm Your class price includes a copy of the pattern and 4 x 2 hour classes or equivalent.  You will be sent an email two weeks out from the start of class which will outline what your need to do propr to the class. Timing of classes will be agreed upon during the first class. You need to be a knitter, confident in your skills and able to knit a garment.  Class times
Requirements: You will be sent an email two weeks out from the start of class which will outline what your need to do prior to the class and what to bring to the class. Suggested yarns Madelinetosh Priarie, Malabrigo Lace, Malabrigo Silkalpaca Lace, Jenmark 2 ply alpaca. You may have something in your stash that you wish to use.   Requirements  3.5mm x 80cm circular needle, 3.75 x 80cm, tapestry needle, 9 stitch markers.  Pen and notepad.
