Delivery

We make every effort to pack and ship your order quickly and aim to have this happen
within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Online and phone orders are shipped via Australia Post. Orders generally take 2-10
days to reach most destinations within Australia.

Instore and online purchases over $250.00 are posted within Australia are free.
Purchases below $250 incur a flat $12.60 postage charge when purchased online or
instore.

Please note for all orders where the packaging is extra heavy or a large sized item we
may require you to pay additional postage charges.We will contact you if this is the case,
to arrange payment of this charge.

Express Postage is charged a flat fee of $16.50. In the event the postage cost is more,
we may contact you to request payment of the outstanding amount. Orders received
after 13.00pm will be posted on the next business day.

In the event we cannot post to a country we will discuss, with you, your options and we
may need to refund and cancel your purchase.

International postage is charged a flat fee of $100.00 and once posted we refund the
difference. In the event the postage cost is more, we may contact you to request
payment of the outstanding amount.

We also offer a local delivery service for purchases of $20 and over and the delivery
address is within a 10km radius of the shop. The delivery will occur within 24 hours of
the purchase and the cost is $15.
