Laine 15
The autumn issue of Laine 15 comes with a whole new look!
Laine magazine is taking a step into a more modern, dynamic direction by celebrating knitwear and the world of fibre in a fresh way. Together with the new look, Laine is excited to introduce new, regular articles, such as Jeanette Sloan Talks Fibre. Of course, there are also things that won’t change: gorgeous knitwear patterns, beautiful high-quality photography and the size of the magazine, all elements that Laine is known for.
The new look was created by Kyiv-born Marina Veziko, one of Finland’s leading designers and the Graphic Designer of the Year 2021. While the war continues in Ukraine, Laine is prouder than ever to support Ukraine and its people.
To celebrate the new look, there are two different cover versions available: one in full-colour and a very limited black & white version. We are hoping to get both!

Laine 14
”Walking barefooted on a meadow wet with morning dew.
A call of a bird echoing over a silent lake.
Wandering home through the sleeping city at sunrise.”
Laine 14, our Summer issue, is inspired by the light Nordic summer nights – gentle, delicate and carefree. Our beloved summers are so short and sweet, that even the wee small hours feel too precious to spend asleep. The 10 designs featured in our summer collection embody that summer night’s magic and explore colourwork, texture and delicate details.
