We recommend washing your garment every 4 or 5 wears to maintain the integrity of the fibres and keep your garment looking its best.

These measurements are a general guide only.
For your bust measurement, measure around the widest part of your bust, with your arms by your side. For your waist measurement, measure around the smallest part of your waist, with your arms by your side. For your hip measurement, measure around the widest part of your hips, with your feet together.
