Victorian Yarn Ramble

Lil and I had the opportunity to join part of the Victorian Yarn Ramble organised by the Indie Road  Travel Team of Gaille Smith and Chris Cregan. They made the trip simple and enjoyable. They have done their homework - chosen desitinations for the wool and food lovers. Lil and I recommend that you check out the tours they offer and seriously think about joining them on one of the tours.  Our day started in Melbourne - early, we had to meet at 7.30am. All depends on the project you are working on.  I even use these for straight needle knitting.  2: Addicrazy Trio. Can be used instead of a 20-25cmm circular needle or a set of DPN's.  Needle sizing ranges from 2.00mm-5.00mm. Double-pointed needles with a twist - or flexibility rather! The latest way to knit socks. The double-pointed knitting needles have...

Cashmere Care

CASHMERE  CARE Cashme garments will give you many years of wear when looked after. The secret is proper care: namely washing, drying, and storing them correctly. CARING FOR YOUR CASHMERE GARMENTWe trust you to know when the time is right to launder your clothing. Cashmere is made by spinning lots of fibres together to create one single strand of yarn, making it porous in nature and more susceptible to dirt and odour than other fabrics. Therefore by not washing your cashmere you will actually speed up the ageing process. We recommend you clean your...
